In our case, we were on the buying side but we were lucky enough to meet and get to know Edward Whitaker at Vickery as he was representing the selling side. We took advantage of the offer of the “All in one” service from Vickery, and we were very pleased to do so. Vickery run a well organised system so all the legal paperwork can be handled efficiently, this minimised the amount of work we had to do! All in all, a very smooth and easy process. We had some delays caused by our end, Elliot was very professional and helped us by communicating with us and the purchaser of our property to make sure everyone was kept up-to-date and the transaction still went through. On the legal paperwork side, I dealt mainly with Allison, and she was lovely, she helped to explain all the steps and helped to keep me organised. We received our original paperwork back, all neatly organised. From the very beginning, we were really impressed with Vickery. We worked mainly with Elliot, and Sarah at the start. Their approach was the main reason we chose Vickery. They understood our particular situation and always followed our instructions to keep the house spotless in between viewings.

Scott did a fantastic job. I always found Scott to be proactive and helpful. This was not a traditional sale and Scott was very perseverant in getting the sales over the line. I would highly recommend Scott for other developers and vendors.

Our sale in November ‘22 of a large 6 bedroom property was a complicated and at times demanding process. We would like to highly compliment the Fleet branch and in particular Elliot Ward for his expert advice, timely communication and accountability throughout the process. We would highly recommend and definitively use again.

I cannot recommend Vickery enough, in particular Edward from Frimley/Camberley who has guided us through every step of the way for the last 6 months, whilst we are expecting our first baby! Weekly updates and statistics by phone call were a minimum and unexpected. Communication towards exchange increased to daily phone calls sometimes up to 4/5 times. This wasn’t just to ourselves but relevant solicitors and estate agents within the chain along with our buyer also. Communication has always been fast and no email or call was left unanswered. Edward comes across professional, knowledgeable, has a great personality he always went out his way to help and nothing was too much trouble! The rest of the team were all helpful, however Edward was who we had all our communication with. Would use Vickery again without a doubt and request we deal with Ed again. Vickery have been absolutely amazing from the very start. They sold the property very quickly and kept us informed every week. Unfortunately this sale fell through 2 weeks before exchange. They got straight back onto selling again and after a few pitfalls with offers they pulled in my buyer and even got me the full asking price. Edward called every week keeping us updated on progress and all the staff have gone out of their way to help and get the sale. I had been with other agents before but if I was to sell again, or asked to recommend, Vickery would be who I would tell them to use as they are an excellent company with outstanding service. I found the team at Vickery Frimley to be excellent through the purchase of our new home. Although they were not working for us, they were very helpful and supportive through the whole process, checked in regularly, kept us informed with updates as they came through. We were viewing properties in the Camberley area via a selection of Agents. We had viewed several houses with different agents and both the houses and agents were uninspiring. We chose Vickery to market our property as we felt that they could offer us that good old fashioned service where you could actually speak to somebody rather than just relying on the internet. Using Vickery to sell my recent property has been a complete success and I have been impressed with the full service offering, including legal support throughout the sale. I originally marketed my property through Vickery in February 2020, a sale which eventually had to be abandoned due to the instability in the market. Despite this, and at not extra cost, Vickery helped me with the property and kept an eye on the property as I was stuck at the other end of the country whilst I bought in a tenant to cover the lockdown period. Elliot came to our house impressing us with his professionalism, we had no hesitation signing up with Vickery's.
