The two main keys to a smooth transaction are firstly sound initial marketing advice, and secondly, seamless communication between all parties including legal representatives. In this respect, we are unique as we are able offer an in-house, ‘All in One’ sales, EPC and conveyancing package, on a no sale no fee basis *conditions apply.
Our aim is to blend the latest technologies with more traditional methods of communication, and where appropriate always prefer to make a telephone call rather than send an email. We are well known for our comprehensive in-house staff training which focuses on customer care, communication and the ability to deliver sound advice across the property spectrum. Each member of our team is fully trained to deal with property sales and letting, and most of our team have worked exclusively for Vickery.
